Which channels does the portal use?

How we contact you

Email (ZeptoMail) — enquiry alerts, status updates, billing, OTP for college email verify.
SMS — login OTP, staff assignment alerts, feedback links (DLT templates).
WhatsApp API — not used on this portal. Staff and colleges use manual wa.me chat buttons from enquiry rows.

Will I get WhatsApp messages automatically?

No automated WhatsApp API messages are sent. Counsellors may contact you by phone or manual WhatsApp from their own number.

How do I log in?

All portals use mobile OTP via SMS — no password required (except optional Master admin password backup).
