How do students find and apply to a college?
Tap Find College or All Colleges, open a college page, fill the form, verify mobile OTP, and submit. Track status from Student Login.
How does a college register on the platform?
Click Register College, verify mobile OTP, and complete setup. The free Starter plan includes staff, courses, enquiries & SMS limits — see Pricing to upgrade.
Where do I login — student, college or staff?
Open Logins and pick Student, College Admin, or Staff. All use mobile OTP — no password needed.
Is OTP verification required?
Yes — every enquiry and login is verified with mobile OTP for security and to reduce fake leads.
How does the portal contact students and colleges?
Email (ZeptoMail) for enquiry alerts and status updates. SMS for login OTP and staff alerts. WhatsApp API is not used — counsellors contact students via phone or manual wa.me links from the portal.
Can students turn off email notifications?
Yes — after Student Login, open Profile → Email notifications to control enquiry and status emails. Login OTP SMS cannot be disabled.
