Yes — use the green WhatsApp button on an enquiry row. It opens a pre-filled wa.me chat on your phone; nothing is sent automatically by the server.

How we contact you
- Email (ZeptoMail) — enquiry alerts, status updates, billing, OTP for college email verify.
- SMS — login OTP, staff assignment alerts, feedback links (DLT templates).
- WhatsApp API — not used on this portal. Staff and colleges use manual wa.me chat buttons from enquiry rows.
