How do enquiry alerts work?
Configure under Settings → Email preferences: instant email per enquiry or a daily digest. SMS is used for staff assignment when enabled.
WhatsApp for students?
Automated WhatsApp API is disabled platform-wide. Counsellors use Call and WhatsApp (wa.me) buttons on enquiry lists — no API cost or template setup.
What emails does the college receive?
Welcome, new enquiry, plan usage (80%), locked enquiries, payment receipt, trial reminders, SLA alerts, weekly staff report, and monthly analytics — each can be toggled in Settings.
